WHY LASER CUT?

POWDER COATING
At Mayhem Metalz we have set up a professional powder coating system from cleaning through spraying and baking of the part. We use a 4-step cleaning process on all of the parts before we apply any powder coating to them. The high quality powders we use come directly from the manufacturer. This ensures that the colors will be uncontaminated and full of good paint properties, which is unlike companies that use cheap powders to save a buck. Our professional spray system allows us to cover the parts correctly and to the desired mill thicknesses. Additionally, parts in our ovens bake at consistent temperatures due to the high quality temperature control and air circulation systems within.
